90's Jump-rope for Heart Windbreaker

Calling all 90's kids! Remember that week in gym class where we all had to participate in a global jumprope for heart competition?! Here she is. Hopefully you had better luck than I did. 😄

Blue neon (paper thin) material nostalgic windbreaker for the jump roping champion!

There is a small tear in the jacket as pictured, as well as some badassery fade from wear. Someone definitely FLEXED the hallways in this bad boy.
